1. Establishment of different committees for smooth running of academic and

management affairs
2. Up gradation of college council if required as per policy
3. Publishing of college magazine and news letter
4. Establishment of book bank and blood band for student and community
welfare
5. Arrangement of study visits/tours/trips of well-known organizations
/institutions/agencies and other interrelated R&D establishments to
broaden the spectrum of vision of the students
6. Documentary of eminent students/scholars and ex-principals
7. Documentary of MPhil, PhD staff along with their contributions and future
horizons
8. Documentary of different departments and attractive places with brief
introduction
9. Up gradation and renovation of post graduate labs especially M.Sc. Physics
if required
10. Initiation of Research & Development (R&D) culture in college and
especially at Post Graduate level
11. Up gradation and extension of selected departments for MPhil/PhD
programmes
12. Establishment of office of Research, Innovation and Collaboration (ORIC)
13. Establishment of Directorate of Students Affairs (DSA)
14. Extension of code of conduct and its implementation in letter and spirit
15. Career perspectives and job placements after study completion, through
internships (for position holders)
16. Activation of academic societies through active role of HoDs especially
science subjects to bridge curricular, co-curricular & extra-curricular
activities among students
17. Revival and up gradation of proctorial and tutorial group system
18. Establishment of carrier counselling cell for future carrier guidance and job
placements
19. Establishment of student-teacher-parent collaboration (STP)
20. Revival of Assembly decorum, recitation of Surah Rahman and national
anthem
