The deponent ABRAR MOHYUDDIN S/O KHUSHI MUHAMMAD

declares as under:
1) That the deponent is a bonafide resident of Multan ( Sharif Pura,
Samijabad # 1, Multan).
2) That the deponent is working as Lecturer in Chemistry in Govt.
Emerson College, Multan.
3) That the deponent wishes to visit Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.
4) That the deponent has applied for Ex – Pakistan Station leave to the
Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore.
5) That the deponent will not seek any employment while abroad.
6) That the deponent will not apply for any extension in Ex – Pakistan
Station leave, while abroad.
7) That the deponent will not resign from service when abroad.
8) That the deponent will not claim pay in foreign exchange during the
Ex – Pakistan Station leave.
9) That the contents mentioned above are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed.

1) I, ABRAR MOHYUDDIN S/o KHUSHI MUHAMMAD, Lecturer in
Chemistry, Government Emerson College, Multan, proceeding to Saudi Arabia on
Ex – Pakistan station leave for 45 (forty five) days to perform Hajj during August
2019, do hereby declare and under-take that I will return to Pakistan on the expiry
of my Ex – Pakistan station leave.
2) I, ABRAR MOHYUDDIN, declare and under-take that I will not resign from
service while abroad and will not acquire the Nationality of Saudi Arabia. In case
I do not come back to Pakistan and resign from my service, I will pay a sum of
Rs. 50,000/= (Fifty thousand only) to the Education Department on behalf of the
Government of the Punjab if and when directed to do so.
3) I, ABRAR MOHYUDDIN, further declare that I will not acquire the
Nationality and Domicile of the Saudi Arabia.

I, Wasif Mehmood Ahmad Malik, Lecturer of Chemistry, Govt. Emerson
College, Multan, the guarantor to surety hereby bind myself that in case ABRAR
MOHYUDDIN Lecturer in Chemistry in this College, who is going to Saudi
Arabia to perform Hajj fails to return Pakistan on the expiry of Ex – Pakistan
station leave or resigns from service, to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/= (Fifty thousand
only) to the Education Department on behalf of the Government of the Punjab if
and when directed to do so.
1) In case I fail to pay the said amount of surety/guarantee, the Education
Department is competent to recover the said amount from the person and the
property of the executant/surety/guarantor through the court of law or as land
revenue.
