AMY PURDY
Prepare to be inspired as world-class snowboarder and
2014 Paralympic bronze medalist, author, clothing designer
and former spa professional Amy Purdy shares her story.
After going through a life-altering experience that involved
having both legs amputated below her knees, she challenged herself to move on with her
life and attain goals that even those who have both legs struggle to achieve. Just three
months after her kidney transplant, Amy entered the USASA National Snowboarding
Championship where she won medals in three events. Today, she is one of the top ranked
adaptive snowboarders in the world, and was the 2014 Paralympic Bronze Medalist. She is
the only double leg amputee competing at the world class level.

SCOTT HARRISON
Scott spent almost 10 years as a nightclub promoter in
New York City before leaving to volunteer on a hospital
ship off the coast of Liberia, West Africa as a volunteer
photojournalist. Two years later, he founded the non-profit
organization charity: water in 2006. Turning his full attention to the global water crisis and
the world’s huge population without clean water to drink, he created public installations
and innovative online fundraising platforms to spread international awareness of the issue.
In eight years, with the help of more than 500,000 donors worldwide, charity: water
has raised over $150 million and funded over 13,000 water projects in 24 countries.
When completed, those projects will provide over 4.4 million people with clean, safe
drinking water.
Scott was recently recognized in Fortune Magazine’s 40 under 40 list, the Forbes
Magazine Impact 30 list and was recently #10 in Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People
in Business issue.

Buyers vs Sellers ISPA makes it a priority to protect the ratio of buyers to sellers at the
Conference & Expo. This ratio is safeguarded by managed growth of the trade show floor,
encouraging buyers to attend as full-Conference registrants and extending to vendors the option
of attendance through exhibiting or sponsoring.
Resource Partner Attendance ISPA resource partner members who sell or produce
spa-related products, equipment or events must exhibit, sponsor or be an official participant in
the ISPA Conference & Expo to attend the event.
Cash Sales To maintain the professional environment of the Expo, ISPA prohibits cash sales
on-site. Business-to-business interactions are encouraged and orders can be taken on-site,
but should be fulfilled and finalized after the event.
Hospitality Events & In-room Treatments Registered 2015 ISPA Conference & Expo
exhibitors and sponsors are invited to host a hospitality event during the week of the ISPA
Conference. Out of respect for and in support of participating exhibitors and sponsors, all
approved hospitality events should take place outside of standard Conference hours. To view
