intermediate T.C. document (Sri Gayathri junior college Transfer certificate was
submitted during admission stage).

Dear Madam,

We the parent of Syeda Sana Fatima (BSC IST year student of your college) with due
respect bring to your notice that our daughter is NEET qualified aspirant for UG AYUSH
courses has recently registered on line for counselling process so as to secure
provisional seat allotment letter and subsequently to take admission in the above
mention medical UG AYUSH course.

As a part of counselling it is mandatory that the candidate need to verify all original
documents at the notified counselling center in person. Therefore we humbly request
you to return/issue back the original copy of recently submitted intermediate T.C.
document (Sri Gayathri junior college Transfer certificate was submitted during
admission stage.) , in order to fulfil the requirement.

We assure you that in case, if my daughter succeeds to secure the above mention UG
AYUSH course seat than she will withdraw / opt out from your college. Or else we will
redeposit back the original intermediate TC document and she will continue BSc
program in college.
