June 20, 2014

Entrance hymn
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
Opening Prayer

Priest: O Sacrament most holy, O Sacrament Divine. All praise and thanksgiving, be
every moment thine.
All: Sacrament most Holy…
Priest: Glory be…..
All: As it was…..

Priest:
My Lord Jesus Christ,
I believe that You are really here in this Sacrament.
Night and day You remain here compassionate and loving.
You call, You wait for, You welcome everyone who comes to visit You. (PAUSE)

I thank You, Jesus my Divine Redeemer

for coming upon the earth for our sake
and for instituting the Adorable Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist
in order to remain with us until the end of the world. (PAUSE)

Lord Jesus, Giver of all life

we thank you also for giving our companions and friends
(birthday celebrants) another year to spend and
to spread your good news with their words and actions.
We also thank you for the gift of people who surround us
especially for our Salesian formators,
our families and friends,
and our benefactors who support and guide us always. (PAUSE)
Lord Jesus, Provider and Healer of all,
you provided food for the five thousand people
who listened to you together with your apostles,
you multiplied the five loaves and two fishes for them to eat,
you also manifest miracles by healing the blind persons and the lepers,
and bringing back to life a dead person.
With these, we kneel to you with fervent faith
asking your help to heal
all the sick members of our family and community.
We also ask you to watch over all our loved ones:
our family, friends and our formators,
keep them safe always.
(PAUSE)

These we ask through Christ Our Lord. (LONGER PAUSE)
