This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed this

________________, in ________________________, by and between:

LORNA TORRES of legal age, Filipino, married to married to

VIRGILIO IGNACIO TORRES with residence address at 9642-
B Doña Cipriana St., Gat Mendoza, Brgy. Vitalez, Parañaque
City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a Residential

Manila containing a floor area of 56.25 square meters, more or less, covered
by Tax Declaration No. E-016-01981 PC, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell the aforedescribed

improvement and the VENDEE desire to buy the same;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY

THOUSAND (P20,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR hereby SELLS, CONVEYS and
TRANSFERS unto the VENDEE their Heirs and successors-in-interest or
assigns the aforedescribed improvement.
