the area.
• Each lot of drug products must be identified with a
distinctive (and traceable) code, and the lot’s status
must be identified (approved, quarantined, rejected).

process for each drug. This includes procedures for
recalls.
• Written procedures must describe the appropriate
storage conditions for each drug.
• A major pharmaceutical warehousing challenge
involves the “appropriate storage conditions.”

CONCLUSION
12
Industrial training is most significant part of the
B.Pharmacy degree as it introduces the students to
the actual processes involved in the manufacturing
of Pharmaceutical products. It is also a great
opportunity to acquire practical knowledge. During
my training period in the industry i have acquire lot
of experience in Pharmaceutical production and
Pharmaceutical management. This helps me to
improve my theoretical knowledge. During my
training period i have seen various instruments and
apparatus in industry. The highly sophisticated
instruments must be operated with intense care for
optimum use.
