PREVENTIVE MAINTANCE OF HQT

DATE: 16/10/2019

1. T/F Rec-2 and 1. Blowers water line not working

2. H/F and T/F doors up and down not properly, due to check hydraulic flow control
valve (Very important)

3. T/F discharge door pin broken.

4. Quenching tank station 1 hydraulic oil leakage problems.

5. T/F Stopper forward, reverse not working.

6. Quenching tank cylinder forward, reverse trigger working is slowly due to cylinder
not forwarding to T/F.

7. All limit switches should be check properly.

8. Heat Exchanger should be clean.

9. Control Plan switches not working properly.

10. Hydraulic oil leakage at all doors.

11. 6.8Ltrs Unloading elevator, conveyer bed fabrication & welding work to be done.

Note : Maintenance people not attend the last 2 times of preventive

maintenance.

We hope all the above problems have to be completed before light-up
