Position: Technical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide appropriate & timely technical support to co-leagues and clients;

2. Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and root cause of problems;
3. Initiate corrective actions to rectify technical problems;
4. Implement best practices in developing technical solutions;
4.1. Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of technical problems;
4.2. Assess the impact of deviation on product quality;
4.3. Determine product disposition and various technical issues relating to a product;
5. Coordinate with field technicians for the developments of projects and/or repairs.
6. Ensure meeting of key timing commitments;
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports;
8. Prepare Method Statements and Procedures relating to projects;
9. Prepare project costing;
10. Coordinate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until
concerns have been resolved;
11. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
12. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
13. Other duties as assigned.
