Narrative

On Saturday, October 12, 2019, Fort Worth Police Officers A.Y. Dean #4598 and C. Darch #4620
responded to 1203 E Allen Avenue (private residence) at 0225 hours for an Open Structure.

Call Details:

CP ADV FRONT DOORS TO ADD IS OPEN... BOTH OF NEIGHBORS VEHS ARE IN DRIVEWAY:
WHI SEDAN AND DRK COLORED SEDAN....

[Notification] [FORT WORTH POLICE]-NEIGHBORS ARE USUALLY HOME BUT NEVER HAS
DOOR OPEN

Upon arrival, Officers noticed the front door was open and the lights in the house were on. While
walking the premises, Officer Dean noticed VIC(Jefferson, Atatiana B/F 11/28/90) was inside one of
the bedrooms. Officer Deans confronted VIC and shot one time at VIC. Medstar and FWFD made
scene and provided medical treatment for the VIC. Medstar announced time of death on scene.
Major case was notified and made scene.

WITNESS was in the bedroom with VIC at the time of the shooting.

CSSU was contacted and made scene.
