Please find detailed explanation about the program as below and attached Meal Plans for

your reference.

PROCEDURE:

For the first 3 days that is stage 1 there is no calorie count. Eat as much as you want
from approved food list step 1.

From day 4th that is when stage 2 starts, follow this meal plan (attached).
Weigh everything before cooking it. Weigh your protein before soaking it.
If you don’t like one protein swap it with other with around same calories and same goes
with veggies. Try to stay as close to meal plan as possible.
From your pantry take sugar & oil away and put it aside. Apart from this, you can use
every other spices.
If it is not in the given approved food list, it doesn’t exist for you for next 29
days!

Start drinking 3 liters of water everyday.


Before starting this program weight yourself in the morning after finishing your
bathroom routine.

You will weigh yourself every day around same time so your body is in same state and
we can get as much accurate weight as we can.
For first couple of days you may or may not get headaches. That’s normal as you are
detoxing. If it happens, it's okay to take Panadol (paracetamol).

But DON’T give up! It will go away after few days as your body will settle down.

DETAILED EXPLANATION:

STEP 1

THE FIRST 3 DAYS

This is where you get off the blood sugar roller coaster and get your appetite under
control and you start to burn fat. During these three days you will begin your nutritional
support, and quickly become a fat burning body rather than a fat storage body. Typically
after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilize, you will begin to
overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.

STEP 2

FAT LOSS & DETOX (27 Days + 10 Days)

This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your
food cravings and stabilizing blood sugar levels and most importantly HORMONES. With
food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and
enjoy the increase in energy. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is
vitally important. Step 2 is the weight loss stage, but is also vital to improve digestion,
heal your gut, and get rid of inflammation in the body. This step lifts a low metabolism,
improves the function of phase 1 & 2 of the liver and improves bowel function. This
stage is the weight loss but it is also the healing stage, hence mono eating...One protein
and one vegetable. The more different foods you put on your plate the more your
digestion has to overwork. We need to improve the digestion to absorb nutrients from
your food. Step 2 typically lasts 27 days during which time you will likely lose 10-15Kgs
(22-33lb). However there is the option to extend this phase to 37 days for increased
weight loss.

STEP 3

MAINTENANCE (21 Days)

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and to keep your
hormones in balance - particularly your insulin levels (Insulin is the hormone responsible
for the uptake of fat in cells). This phase will normally last 21 days... but is designed to
teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!
