TREE PLANTING SPEECH

The planting of trees represents the beginning of something. How

great it will be depends on how well it will be tendered to and the
effort the tree will put in utilising nutrients to ensure it pans out into
what it is supposed to be.

Some trees grow to fruition bearing bright colourful flowers while

others just wither and die off as if they'd never existed. You, as
students, must think of yourselves as trees. What kind of leaves do
you want to branch? Do you want fruits from the efforts of your
nutrient utilisation which we can compare to the efforts you will put
in class? How hard are you willing to work to gain these fruits and
flowers? Are you willing to withstand the tough weather that will
once in a while sweep in the loop of your growth?

Today as we plant trees, think of these things and apply them to your
lives and your studies. Give both your best. Water both with effort
and your dreams and ambitions will come true beyond your wildest
imagination.

Thank you.
