    Conceptual Framework Reflection

    PROFESSIONAL LEARNING AND


    ETHICAL PRACTICE
    Out of all the classes towards my Master’s, this one was
    my favorite. I thoroughly enjoyed delving into the mate-
    rial, dissecting cases, and interpreting on my own how
    the law might decide on an outcome.
    If fact, I would talk about this class so much to my SPED
    coordinator, that she asked me to get her information on
    the law and how it pertains to students with disabilities.
    School Law also opened my eyes to the expectations of
    public servants, through the scope of the law. Colorado
    does tend to be a progressive state, but one could see
    where having knowledge of one’s rights would be helpful
    in states that are not.

    INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES
    The way Dr. Blundell presented the information for this
    course allowed students to truly immerse themselves into SCHOOL LAW
    the information, and reflect on it. I also felt that the text
    used in the course made the information relatively easy
    to digest, and introduced thought-provoking questions to SPRING 2019
    help interpret it, and apply that knowledge in meaningful
    ways.
