Introduction
The Company
B.F.L will be located 237 Rivera St. Tondo Manila where a lot of
factory is located. It is owned and managed by the students of
Arellano University Juan Sumulong Campus, the Grade 12 STEM 4
students. B.F.L consists of co-owners Jefferson Cavaneyro, he is also
the C.E.O of the company and Noreen May Rivera, the COO. Both
partners will be taking hands-on management roles in the company.
In addition, we have assembled a staff or personnel to help the
owners managing their business. Nicole Lagamon (Marketing Head),
Louise Aluzada (Operating Head), Nicole Smith (Sales Head), Ina
Morales (Admin Head), Kesia Almodal (HR Head), Daniel Anaviso
(Marketing Team), Markjohn Barba (Sales Team) and Nichols Batac
(HR Team). They will help to handle customer service and day to day
operations.

I. Introduction
Braided Felt Lace is one of the most innovative and creative
product that our company provide. This product was an
environmental-friendly product because of the primary materials
used such as recycled clothes. This product has high-quality and an
eco-friendly quality that customized as hand made. Most of the
people, majority the students need lace to hold or hang their
important things such as their ID's or identification cards. By thus
product, the consumer could gain rarity as this generation use
common lace thaw was made out of machine.
Braided Felt Lace will ensure the safety and cleanliness of our
working place, we will make sure that there is always a general
cleaning. We will train our employees to be good with customers so
that the customers will feel comfortable with our staffs.
b. Opportunity Selection
Our target market will be the students and workers that is using a
lace for their ID’s or identification data. We chose them as our target
market because of their high population and they are the ones who
is in need of our product. The location where we will put our business
will be near the schools or universities and companies. Even in open
areas such as plazas, near the beaches and bazaars. To get the
consumers attention, we will give fliers in order for them to know
more about our product. We all know that some of laces today is
made by machines and is not that affordable especially for those who
‘s in budget. Through our product which is the Braided Felt Lace, we
will answer their problems. And through it, they will feel the quality
of our product.

MATERIALS:
PROCESS:
1) Ready the materials for making the laces. Choose a preferred color
of cloth for the lace.
2) Mark the area of cloth to be cut then cut the t-shirt.
3.) Used the measuring tape to measure the length and width of the
desired piece of and cut it based on the mark.
4.) Using the needle and thread, sew the piece of cloth or the cloth
that being cut so it can braid.
5.) After cutting and sewing, braiding the piece of cloth can finally
start. Any kind of braid can be use by making the laces.
7.) Braiding is done and also the lace. Sew the edge of the braided
cloth and attach the lanyard hook or put some beads and sequence
to complete the design of the lace.

II. Function and Qualification of persons to be hired
CODE OF CONDUCT:
COMPLIANCES AND LAWS- All employees must protect our
company’s legality. We expect the employees to be ethical
responsible when dealing with our company’s finances, products,
partnerships and public image. The consumer should be honest and
avoid the unnecessary action such that stealing and furtive manner.
RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE- All employees should respect their
colleagues. We won’t allow any kind of discriminatory behavior,
harassment or victimization. The employees should treat nicely the
consumer hence the consumer also did the same way good
treatment to the employees.
PROTECTION OF COMPANY PROPERTY- Employees shouldn’t
misused company equipment or use it frivolously. Employees should
protect company facilities and other material property from
damages, whenever possible. The consumer should be responsible
in taking care of the product and materials of the company.
ABSENTEEISM AND TARDINESS- Employees should follow their
schedules on time or being punctual in every aspect, either leaving
or coming to work.
DRESS CODE- All the Employees should follow the dress codes of
the company.
Should wear their uniform shirt, according to their departments.
Wearing ripped jeans and short is strictly NOT ALLOWED.
Employees are free to wear any kinds of foot cover except slippers.

friendlier. Our eco-friendly lace will definitely satisfy one's need while
maintaining it's low price making it affordable for students and other
people who does not want to spend more on other brand's laces with
the same quality as our braided felt lace. The Braided felt lace should
have a place in the hearts of every person who will buy it where they
will not simply ignore it after a while, they need to be memorable for
everyone for them to keep it and value it.
