A Healthier Meal
As a 20 year old female, I would choose to eat McDonalds meal. It has the least calories, sodium, fat, and carbs. It has one of the highest
amounts of fiber, and still has a decent amount of protein. The second most nutritious meal would be Burger King. They had the second
lowest calories, fat, sodium, and carbs. The third most nutritious meal would be Wendy's. They were very close to the levels of Burger King,
but the sodium level was one of the highest. Wendy's also had the highest protein level. Lastly, the least nutritious meal was Jack in the Box. I
would not eat Jack in the Box, the calories were 840 which would leave me 1,260 for the remainde of the day, and the sodium level is
incredibly high. They also had the highest level of fat and carbs, with the lowest cholesterol level.
