1. The DAVAO DEL SUR ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (DASURECO), through its
Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility
and to bid for the following projects with fund source from the Reinvestment Fund of
Sustainable CAPEX (RFSC) and NEA Subsidy Savings:
1. Acquisition of Elevator and 5,100,000.00 100 CD
Escalator for Phase II
Construction of New
DASURECO HQ Building RFSC
(2nd Publication)
2. Electronic Kilowatthour NEA Subsidy 1,808,300.00 60 CD
Meter Bottom Connected Savings
TOTAL Php6,908,300.00

2. The scope of work and technical specifications are contained in the Bidding Documents
to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman,
Bids and Awards Committee, DASURECO Main Office, Brgy. Cogon, Digos City. Non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criteria will be used pursuant to Section 1 of Annex B of the IRR
of RA 10531 and Article IX – Section 30 of the IRR of RA 9184. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Pre- Bid Conference shall be on October 24, 2019 at 10 o’clock in the morning,
DASURECO Seminar House, Main Office, Barangay Cogon, Digos City.

4. Bidding proper and Opening of Bids shall be on November 7, 2019 at 10 o’clock in

the morning, venue at DASURECO Seminar House, Main Office, Barangay Cogon,
Digos City.

5. Bidding Documents can be purchased at BAC Secretariat, CPD Building, DASURECO

Main Office, Cogon, Digos City from October 17, 2019 up to November 6, 2019. Only
those who have purchased the Bidding Documents amounting to Ten Thousand
Pesos (Php10, 000.00) non refundable shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid
conference and raise or submit written queries or clarification.

6. DASURECO reserves the right to accept and/or reject any Bid, to annul bidding
process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to the contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s.
