    Dear Ms. ,

    This is to inform you that your Contract of Lease dated May 05, 2019 will expire on Aug. 04, 2019.
    We wish to inform you that unless we receive a written notice from you of your intention to
    renew the Contract of Lease by July 05, 2019, we shall offer the Leased Premises you presently
    occupy to third parties. Should a reservation be made before we receive a notification of renewal
    from you, we regret that we may not able to renew your Contract of Lease. Also, if you wish to
    renew your Contract of Lease and still have outstanding bills to pay, please settle them upon
    notification of renewal of lease. Failure to do so shall place your notification as unaccepted by
    our office.

    Enclosed is a Notification of Renewal of Lease Contract that may submit to our office.
