We have found him to be a self-starter who is motivated, duty bound and a highly committed
team-player who is competent to practice nursing in unsupervised capacity and he has gained a
strong conceptual knowledge in the clinical, educational and managerial domains of Nursing
through his role.
• Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual
patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
• Protect patients and the public by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols,
medication administration and storage procedures.
• Implement Nursing Care Plans, monitor vital signs, observe and record the condition of
patients, careful administration of drugs, injections and blood transfusions, assisting the physician
with invasive and non-invasive tests and evaluations, responding quickly to emergencies and
making ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality.
