Subject: Release of on-hold structural elements at GF

Contractor noted that Engineer has put ON-HOLD structural elements on Contractor’s shop drawing which was
submitted on RFA no. JKTD17025-158.S/RFA-SD/WP2/VIII/19 a month ago (dated 09 August 2019).

Contractor has now experience delay on shop drawing delivery performance. Contractor request the Engineer to
release all on-hold structural elements at GF and the next 1st Floor.

 Release all on-hold Beam and Column with indicated type and remain as per latest IFC during the time
that the S.D. was created.

 Provide information on all missing beam type IFC drawings to progress with the shop drawing
preparation and site coordination.
