Downloading, Installing and Order Tracking in CKP Office

1) Key in the below URL in your browser:

http://deufrdc1app102.checkpt-als.com/ckpoffice/ and click on the install button to download the

file.
2)Click the setup

a) Opening it will automatically connect to the server and opens the application as below:
b) Type your username and password which is as same as your checknet website login and click OK.

3) Once you login to the application you can see the below highlighted tabs with its respective
functions
 4) Once you enter the application you can search or track your orders under Order Tracking menu.

A) The order tracking menu has staged order search and released order search per retailer, search by
print shop, reroute/reprint an order , shipment tracking and shipment reports as below.
B) To track an order of staged/Released click on search by retailer.

Once you select we get the below options where in you have to select LOB(Line of Business), Retailer
and search by field with below options like Checknet order#/SalesOrder#/Shopping
cart#/orderseq/vendor no/release date/username from a dropdown included for all the fields

5) Please find the below example for JBC NV Retailer for sales order # 165736709.
A)Inside the order tab the first option Sales Order is already sleeted as sales order.
B) When you select the Purchase order it shows as below

B)When you click on the next option order lines it shows as below with all order line data which can be
scrolled from left to right. The last option you can select is export to excel where in the order file gets
downloaded in excel sheet format.
C) When you right click on the sales order you get the below options to perform the tasks.

a) Show sales order details – shows the order details in the right window as above

b) Cancel sales order

c) Reroute order

d) Change delivery address

e) Put on hold

f) Copy the field where the right click is done.
