Jurisdiction at Owner’s risk. No extra freight is charge towards covering transit risk etc.

an admission of liability and therefore it cannot revive limitation.
C) The rate and value mentioned below are as declared by the Consignee.
D) The consignment was transported with utmost care and without any negligence on the Part of earlier.

stipulated schedule.
