0 INTRODUCTION
1.0.1 Our organization's name is Active X where our whereabouts is in Pasir Gudang,
Johor. We have enlisted our organization on May 10, 2019. Our business begin to
proceed onward May 10, 2019 and this date are same as our organization date of
initiation.

1.0.2 Our business priorities which concern of our society needs throughout surveys
where we nowadays aim to thrive different than the others backpack company as
being the same as them which are quite lame. We know that our society love to trek,
hike, bike, do sports and travel, and when we do we like to carry our digital gadgets
like our laptops, digital cameras and tablets in a safe and stylish way. Active X
products are tailored in conjunction with the user size which we want to make our
client looks good with our backpack.

1.0.3 The main reason is we wanted to alter our product to thrive along with these
technology era where we could see that technology are now part of us and it seems
to be our basic needs in daily lives also. We also have our side motivation with us
why we pick this business is that we wanted to lessen the stress burden on their
shoulder for those who travel using our backpack. This is to ensure their mood and
morale doesn’t drop due to tiredness of going around with heavy and inconvenient
backpack. Thus, they might recommend our product to others due to the
contentment.

As a conclusion, It is our responsibility to make sure that our products are functional
and durably reliable companions for travelling people. Also, while maintaining our
customer safety which also part of our job.
2.0 BUSINESS BACKGROUND

2.1 Business Vision


Active X wants to play a leading role on the market of backpack with a different kind
of backpack that the other lacks of. Therefore, the company will constantly keep on
developing innovative concept while prior on the safety for the purpose of relevant,
ease to use and convenience backpack.

2.2 Mission
Our mission to make our product friendly-technology but it would not harm our user
which will be at some point explode behind their back. We also would improvise and
upgrade from time to time what we should have relevant with the trend and the
technology itself. Then, we want to provide the travelers with convenience storage for
them which could be either a light-weight or heavy-weight which would not affect
them in term of weight for their shoulder to carry.

2.3 Objectives
1. To put less strain on people body, distribute the loads equally and easy carry for the
customer.
2. Save time for customers to maneuver around while traveling and keeps customer’s
item organized inside the product.

 We always wanted our user to connect with the nature by going travel or sports

 To suggest simplicity of high-tech in our product and also it means safety and we will
successful in our beginning creation.

What there is people running in the logo?

3.7 Marketing Strategy
Marketing strategy is looking forward our company to achieve more goals. Company
approach to planning goal of achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. Also every
company know their networking to connect with their buyers and keep contact their data.
Such as email, every company in this world use email to make offer for their business and
sometimes they give discounts to the buyers. Buyers will be more interested to buy the
product. Marketing strategy also important in every business in this world. Every
entrepreneur wants their business advanced and make one step ahead for their business.
There are four steps in marketing strategy.

The 4P’s of marketing are:

 Product strategy
Active X is the handmade product and we also maintain our quality about sewing.
Our product is from high quality products. We import it from our overseas. The price
is appropriate with the quality of product. Suitable for long usage. Our design is the
latest design and different with other’s brand.

 Price strategy
Our bags are affordable and not pricey than other company. We also want to remains
affordable price for our customer. We are not overcharge for our stock picker. These
factors include economic conditions. Make our product in stable pricing

 Place or distribution strategy


The location is located in shopping mall and every mountain place that have a
shopping mall.

Our warehouse is strategic because easy to make way to another district.
 Promotion strategy
Our promotion strategy is using social media advertisement because they are
affordable. We email the data from our customers and keep our customer’s for our
customers to keep sharing our offers. We hired promoter to promote our product in
the shop to make the customer more confident to our product. Distribute pamphlets
to customer and the customer can read and know our products advantage and the
function. We also give free gift and points to our customers.

7.0 CONCLUSION
It is a pleasure for us to finish this business plan which takes a long time to finish. We admit,
it is worth our times and efforts. We will be going through many things after this and of
course this could be a great new experience for us. Moreover, it is very beneficial for all of us
in participating in this business. Hopefully our business will go as planned smoothly in the
future. We believe in our goal to achieve high profit and fulfil the needs of human these days
through their needs and wants of the bag pack they have been admired of. Even though
there are many rivals exist, but it does not stop us to keep on operating this business to
reach its goal. With the good cooperation among the team in our company, we believe that
we can manage to face any obstacles in order to make our business successful.

We also hope that our efforts and hard works throughout this whole process in
making this business operating well will be paid off. We can see that there are many rivals
that keep on making and creating good type of bags to attract people, but so do us that we
promise to show our very best to make and create good and useful design to our customer
to be used in their daily lives. If we can maintain our business well, we are very confident
that our brand can be the number one rank of the bag brands. Moreover, there are too many
common design and type of bags made by other brands. So here we are proving to the
world that good and useful innovation can lead to a victory.
We will be giving our full commitment to achieve all of our goals stated earlier. We
are also encouraged to take any chance whether it is directly or indirectly in order to lead our
business performance higher than the target.
