as HOSPITAL FOOD ATTENDANT in Restaurant.

Duties/responsibilities

• Being allocated to Food & Beverage means that you should have the flexibility to work in
all areas of Food & Beverage including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Catering
should the business needs require it
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Get to know and recognize regular customers & their preferences so that their needs can
be met and exceeded
• Responsible for a range of service styles depending on the outlet that you are working
in, including buffet & a la carte
• Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities
• Preparing of mise-en-place where required

01/04/2006 to 30/07/2010 as OFFICE BOY.
Duties/responsibilities
• To open and close office on a daily basis.
•  To Organize and secure materials and household supply cabinets.
•  To deliver and pick-up documents, packages and other items to and from government
offices, the post office, or any other location that may be required.
• To deal with basic administrative duties.
•  To answer incoming calls, routing them to the proper individual and taking messages
when appropriate.
•  To organize and maintain records.
•  To make photocopies of reports and correspondence.
• To coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

• Undergo Training “How to clean Dish in better way.”

on every Friday.
