 Abstract
The main objective of this project is to build a student database
system that will store records of students. It is purposed to reduce time
spent on administrative tasks. The system is intended to accept
process, generate students reports and grades and transcripts
accurately. The system is also intended to provide better services to
users, provide meaningful, consistent, and timely data and information
and finally promotes efficiency by converting paper processes to
electronic form. The system was developed using basic technologies
such as Microsoft access, embedded visual basic, and Graffiti creator
.The system is free of errors and very efficient and less time consuming
due to the care taken to develop it. All the phases of software
development cycle are employed and it is worthwhile to state that the
system is user friendly and strong. Provision is made for future
development in the system.
Quiz test is the examination taken by using a computer. Quiz test is
the form of database of multiple choice questions posted on the project
with secured access. It is specially designed for instant results, it
becomes clear that the medium has different requirements. Questions
and answers are generally short and unpretentious just what the
student demands. It is more preferred rather than paper-based test.
Some of them are its rapid speed evaluation and convenient fixation of
examination date.

Another point is Nowadays several numbers of letter generation and

verification systems have been developed to take the bite out of
difficulties faced in the manual system and minimize the processing
time for generating a letter .These systems are functioning based on
the predefined java code and predefined functions format by the
system developer. However, systems allow admin to define letter and
result format by the use of project. The technology mentioned above
requires an admin to have minor knowledge of project to be able
to define letter and result format without the requisite of external
knowledge by clicking few buttons and typing from the system keys
and generating PDF, verifying the letter ,result and generating one
or more letter simultaneously in an instantaneous manner.

 Objectives

• Reduce the manual efforts of teachers.

• To store the student data by admin login

• Able to store all students data(marks) in centralized way by

calculating each student data marks.

• Paper generation manually will be reduce.

• Student can give the test by student login portal.

• Also student can check result by student id and password which

teacher has provided before login.

• There will be large amount of questions for student on each

subject to improve the knowledge.

• To facilitate a user friendly environment for all users.

• Able to generate automatic SGPA pointer ,percentage and other

result automatically.

• Able to generate one or more automatic letter from admin side and
can attach score and result.
