June 2019 – August 2019
● Managed installation of collections system and substation for the Emmons-Logan wind project ($415 million)
● Coordinated with other trades and sub-contractors to plan around each other’s needs
● Communicated with both client and landowners to ensure both parties are satisfied
● Created new procedures and practices to ensure quality work from both Blattner and sub-contractors
● Came up with effective solutions to problems to ensure deadlines are meet and minimize cost
● Led projects at different work sites with a crew of 4 men building retaining wall, patios and drainage systems
● Assigned and oversaw each task and ensured each was done quickly to the client’s specifications
● Managed orders of materials and power equipment for multiple project sites
● Taught new crew members how to install pipe to build retaining walls

Vice President of Facility Management — (2018 – Present)
Maintained the chapter facility by coordinating members in weekly cleanings
o Ensure chapter facility meets local and state level fire and safety regulations
Created projects to expand and improve the chapter home
o Created a work week event and led members in projects and maintenance for the house
o Led over 40 men through home improvement trainings and workshops

Planned and created recruitment events to bring new members
Created scholarships for new members and to grow the chapter’s size
o Created $2000 dollar scholarship to qualifying new members
o Set up selection process for STEM scholarship and use the selection process to get new members
Eagle Scout—(2016)
Created and led a community service project building bat boxes for the local nature center to natural reduce mosquitoes in the area
Utilize retirees who were skilled in wood working and scouts for assembly and installation
Built and installed all bat boxes following local city building codes
Trek Leader
Elected by my fellow scouts to lead them on a 10-day backpacking trip through Philmont Scout Ranch
