1. By way of the instant Writ Petition above mentioned The Petitioner is
Praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent
No2 & 3 to Sanction the Qualified PMEGP Application No-
KVBH17185877-4114525, dated 19-06-2019 Forwarded from the

 Respondent No1 application as well. The contents of the accompanying
writ petition is not repeated herein for the sake of brevity and the same
may be read as part of this application as well.

2. The copy of the impugned order (With Status of Forwarded to the Bank )
has been obtained from the official website (https://www.kviconline.gov.in)
of the KVIC Authorities and the petitioner has no reasons to believe that
the same is different from the certified copy of the order forwarded to the
Respondent No2 & 3.

3. The petitioner undertakes to obtain and file the certified copy of the
impugned order as and when the same is supplied to the petitioner.

4. This application is made in the Interest of Natural/Principal Justice

PRAYER

5. Hence, in view of the facts and circumstances explained above, it is prayed

before this Hon'ble Court as under:

a. For an order exempting the petitioner from filing the certified copy
of the impugned order.

b. For any other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem
fit and appropriate in the interest of justice.
