Introduction
The project report is created to find out the the difference between computer accounting and
manual accounting in an organization. The study consists of the opportunities which are being
provided by the current organizational accounting and book keeping culture of the Alaska
Exports. The book keeping and accounting level and its effect on Alaska Exports working

Statement of Problem
What is current problem and issue faced by the organization?

The problems which are being faced by the organization are as there is lack of focus on loop holes in
organizational structure of the Alaska Exports. The organization also have to improve its management
information system in order maintain books of accounts.

Why this study is important for the organization?

By this study organization can take a look over its activities in more efficient and better way.

Solution and suggestion which will benefits to the organization by this study

There are various solutions which can help organization for solving the stated problem

They can make organization culture more better if they take the Accountants under decision making
process they can also make an use of other techniques in order to make organizational culture more
efficient.

Objectives of Study

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Primary objective of the study to understand organization's Accounting and book keeping
culture computerized and manually and the satisfaction level of the organization's management.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:

 To study the loop organizational culture.


 To study scope organizational culture.
 To study the ways Alaska Exports adopted in order to increase efficiency level of book keeping
and Accounting.

For this study we will use both primary and secondary data

Data Collection

Primary Data: As a toll for collecting primary data I have used personal questionnaire as a better
measure.

Secondary Data: I have used the Google searches in order to support my study.

For this study we will use excel, chart


Limitation of the study:
In spite of my best effort, this study is not free from the following limitations:

 The time stipulated for the project.

 Relevant papers and documents were not available sufficiently

 I am also less experienced in this regard.

 Data was not much exact in order to get better understanding of the Scenario.

The following are the bird’s view of the details included in the chapters of the study

Chapter-1

This chapter deals with the brief outline of the project rendering an introduction to the topic,
about the project and implications of the project.

Chapter-2

This chapter deals with the review of literature relevant to the topic.

Chapter-3

This chapter deals with the company profile.

Chapter -4

This chapter renders the methodology of the research, which includes objectives, research
design, data collection, sampling, analytical tools adopted in the study and the limitations of the study.

Chapter-4

This chapter deals with the analysis of the data collected with the help of various statistical
tools.

Chapter-5

This chapter summarizes the entire process of the current research through a briefing about the
various findings and suggestions.

Chapter-6

This chapter gives the conclusion drawn by the researcher on the study.
