TERMS & CONDITIONS

Subject to Pune Jurisdiction
Taxes : EXTRA (VAT 13.5%) & (EXCISE 12.5%).
Delivery : Ex-Works SHINDEWADI.
Delivery Period : 21 to 25 days from the date of confirm P.O with advance.
Transport & Octroi : To be borne by party at actual basis.
Payment : 60% Advance payment 40% before dispatch.
Warranty : 6 Months against manufacturing defect from the date of
supply of the equipment.
Validity : 30 days from the mentioned date of quotation.

We are also supplying MAHINDRA DIESEL GENSET in the range of 5 KVA to 200 KVA.

Order and Payment: in favor of M/s. UNIVERSAL CONSTORE PVT. LTD. payable at Pune.

1) The products or goods mentioned in this quotation are as per manufacturing standards of UNIVERSAL and hence
UNIVERSAL reserves the sole discretion to amend, alter or change the design. Any alteration or modification solicited
by you & accepted by UNIVERSAL will be charged extra. This quotation is absolutely non transferable, which means
that this quotation cannot be transferred to any other party, firm, or corporation.

2) The terms mentioned in this quotation are identified by the salesman or person issuing it. If he ceases to be an
employee of the company , then it is at the sole discretion of the company to honor or dishonour the terms identified by
him.

3) Date of delivery of goods will be as per ‘ Order Acceptance’. Any delay due to external factors such as
‘ Force Majeure ’, ‘ Act of God ‘, ‘ Strike ‘, ‘ Bandh ‘ or Factors beyond the control of the company ‘ shall
not make the company liable for any damages.

4) “Factors beyond the control of company” shall also not make the company liable for any liquidation or
incidental damages or any dapmages of whatsoever nature not only while installation or commissioning
but also after commissioning of the product.

5) In case of any rise in any statutory taxes the company reserves the right to charge the same to the
customer & accordingly the bill will be raised.

6) Any defect or shortfall in the material supplied must be communicated to the company immediately
within 5 ( five) days. Any communication or complaint regarding rejected or material short will not be
entertained by the company beyond the stipulated period.

7) Any deviation from the terms or descriptions should be communicated to us in writing. This will be
treated as an amendment to the existing P. O. and will be charged accordingly. In case of any other
emergencies, apart from those mentioned above, which the Company deems right, the Company
reserves the right to dishonor this Quotation / O. A. without liability of whatsoever nature.
8) For unloading the machines at client’s site, the use of hydra ( crane) is necessary. To arrange for
hydra on time and the operating cost of hydra shall be borne specifically by the client

9) If the order is cancelled, then 15 % of the total value of amount of the P. O. (which shall mean and
include the total prices plus taxes and duties and transportations etc.) shall be deducted as order
cancellation charges.
