The best food option would be McDonalds as I am trying to watch and decrease my calorie intake to help lose weight. The least
nutritious meal for me would be Jack in The Box because it has the most amount of calories and the highest sodium and fat of all the
meals. These would not help me to lose weight compared to McDonald's. Personally, McDonalds taste better out of the rest of the
options given too, and it’s the healthiest option for me.
