In the event that our customers feels the need to have access to the Fibre router by Vox
Telecom, it should be expressly noted that Vox Telecom can under no circumstances be held
accountable for the misuse or misallocation of any sort via the Fibre.

The customer agrees to accept full responsibility for any changes made to the router which may
result in loss of data, equipment failure or damage and acknowledges that such damage to the
equipment or costs to recover data will be charged to the customer’s account in full.

The customer also agrees to ensure all staff or resources appointed by the customer to access
the router are sufficiently trained to the customer’s satisfaction and have the necessary skill to
undertake the necessary maintenance of the router.
