Answer:
One of the main difference between a small business owner and an entrepreneur is that
entrepreneurs starts business from a unique and innovative ideas while small business owners
on the other hand starts business from an existing idea. Entrepreneurs usually are high risk
takers they risk everything no matter the outcome, taking a risk to achieve a goal requires
courage, but you can also benefit from it, you can build confidence and develop new skills,
and you can also learn things you might not otherwise. But you won’t know what you can
accomplish if you don’t give it a shot. business owners are usually profit oriented their
primary objectives is making money, this involves setting prices for their products that will
guarantee make money, they focus on what is more popular these days. While entrepreneurs
focus more on the costumers on what is more appealing to the costumers eyes, they are
usually the ones who create new trends, they focus on helping the costumers to meet their
long-term needs and wants. They focus on the quality side unlike small business oner who
focus more on the quantity. One of the main difference between an entrepreneur and a small
business owner is that a small business owner define success in profits while entrepreneurs
does not define success, he simply do his job and let history define the success.

Answer:
Mark Zuckerberg is the famous co-founder & CEO of the social network Facebook, but
before he became successful Mark Zuckerberg studied at the academy of phillips exeter, an
exclusive preparatory school in new hampshire. He showed good results there in science and
literature, receiving a degree in classics. He also showed a great talent in fencing and even
became the school captain of the fencing team. Yet Mark Zuckerberg stayed fascinated by
coding and wanted to work on the development of new software. Elon Musk is a South
African-born American entrepreneur and businessman who founded X.com in 1999 (which
later became PayPal), SpaceX in 2002 and Tesla Motors in 2003. Musk became a
multimillionaire in his late 20s when he sold his start-up company, Zip2, to a division of
Compaq Computers. Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. As a child,
Musk was so lost in his daydreams about inventions that his parents and doctors ordered a
test to check his hearing. At about the time of his parents’ divorce, when he was 10, Elon
developed an interest in computers. He taught himself how to program, and when he was 12
he sold his first software: a game he created called Blastar. In grade school Musk was short,
introverted and bookish. He was bullied until he was 15 and went through a growth spurt and
learned how to defend himself with karate and wrestling.
3.Compare their business and their characteristics (reffering to their entrepreneurial
activities).
Answer:
Most people complain about traffic. Not Elon Musk. Instead of moaning about the problem,
Musk searched for a solution. This resulted in the boring company, which seeks to decrease
road congestion by creating a tunnel system. Building the future for yourself is the best way
to achieve the outcomes you actually want. This was a lesson that helped Mike Kogan of
Wolfie in the development of his company. “Complaints are a sign that there is a problem to
be solved,” he says. “Paying attention to complaints is a great way to find innovative ideas
that people actually need.”. As for Mark Zuckerberg, At Facebook, Zuckerberg revealed
that they have a tradition where every week, he and employees have Q&A. People can ask
him about anything, especially what is going on with the company, what direction it is taking,
and other similar questions. It is important to him for two things: first, they value openness
and communication. Second, and more importantly, it is an opportunity for him to get
feedback and learn what are the things on people’s mind. In many occasions, the feedback
helped them re-evaluate, change how they do things and how they approach different
problems.
