AUTHORIZATION TO SELL

This is to authorize IVONY ROVALYN G. LOPEZ to negotiate the sell of the property under the
following terms and conditions:

DATE : October 12,2019

LOCATION : Brgy. Panobolon, Yato, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras

DESCRIPTION : Parcel of Land

CADASTRAL NOS. :

IMPROVEMENT :

PRICE : Php 20,000,000.00 of the total amount of Lot 174

Equivalent to 7,167 sq.m.

COMMISION : The exceeding amount out of Twenty Million pesos(P 20,000,000.00).

PERIOD : One (1) year exclusive from date hereof or until October 12,2020.

AUTHORITY : Renewable

It is also understood that during the term of this authority, all negotiation regarding the sale of the
above property shall be course through you.

In case any earnest money shall be forfeited through the fault of the buyer, the same be devided
equally between us.

In case and its understood that any amount over and above the said selling price of Twenty Million
pesos( Php 20,000,000.00) for the lot (174) shall be goes to buyer’s broker/agent or negotiator.
