My greetings to the eqully dignified and highly-esteemed personalities at the presidential table, starting

with our alluring principal, Madam Ruby Lee T. Pison, who is attending a seminar at La Union. Our ever
supportive Brgy. Captain, Hon. Avelino B. Cortez. Our active PTA president, Kgwd. Gregorio D. Ico. Other
guests, parents and students. Of course, our star and the reason of our gathering today, the noblest, the
most patient, the most loving individuals on Earth, our respected Teachers! Ladies and gentlemen, a
Happy Day to all!

Today, indeed is a day which we celebrate for all the sacrifice of all the teachers in the world. It is one
way for us to show how we appreciate their effort and love to us. Before I become a teacher, I was once
a student who has teachers and I saw how they gave me lessons that helped me become who I am now.
And thus, it is but right not to say thank you or I love you today only to our teachers but it should be
everyday. Pwedi ko bang marinig ang mga salitang "Thank you and we love you, teachers" mula sa inyo
mga mag-aaral ng Polo National High School. Sa bilang na 1...2...3.

To my fellow teachers, may we continue to be the reasons why there are other professions out there. I
will not prolong this message at all, so on behalf of our dear principal, Madam Ruby Lee T. Pison, faculty
and staff and the students of Polo National High School, I welcome you to this momentous event, the
school-based celebration of World Teachers' Day. Once again, a Happy Day to all.
