My Healthiest Meal
The healthiest option for me would be McDonald's because it is the lowest calorie intake and fat intake. This meal would allow me to
eat more meals in the day, and still stay at my calorie/DRV reccomendation. The unhealthiest meal for me would be Jack in the Box.
This meal is the highest in calorires, resulting in me being able to eat less meals in the day to stay at my calorie/DRV reccomendation.
