I. Brief Introduction

DESSERT Corners is a new corner in the field of business industry. The business started from
a group student from the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship course they’re trying to sell
dessert products that focuses on graham in the mix. Grahams are composed of different
ingredients like graham crackers, condensed milk and cream. Graham Encounter started using
veggies especially malunggay and many more in the near future. Every possible graham in the
mix products is assured that has good benefit on the body. Graham Encounter is dedicated to
enthusiastically give satisfaction towards the customers through providing new tastes of
delicacies and quality products.

DESSERT Corners also aims to inspire fellow students to also exude competence and
motivation. Graham Encounter chose the dessert industry which supplies graham balls by
mixing the graham with veggies to produce mark able products that are innovative and easily
prepared and served to the customers. The company’s competitors are stores around
commonwealth who also sells dessert products. They are the stores who offer connected
products same as DESSERT Corner’s selling. Also, Graham Encounter stated that
demographic segmentation to find out expected of consumer to reach a younger crowed. The
DESSERT Corners is a formal organization with different members with respective
responsibilities on the organization but with the same role purpose and goal in this field. It is
an organization with sets of rules and policies organized from the betterment of the whole
organization to successfully attain the organizational goals. . DESSERT Corners want to offer
innovative products to give a satisfaction to the customers. As an entrepreneur the business
want to push industry forward with the new innovations and ideas. The product Malunggay
Graham Balls, it is a dessert that contains vegetables that is good for the health because the
main ingredients are Malunggay leaf, graham crackers, condensed milk, and cream, the
proposed product is good for all ages it has nutritional benefits that the prospective consumers
can get. The company will ensure that the customers will receive sufficient benefits from the
company product. MGB offers healthy dessert that full of nutrients, made with super food and

whole food, high in protein, healthy carbs, fats, fiber witch help build lean muscle mass and
boost energy. Essentially, this product is simply the guild free, energy hit and the perfect snack.
MGB’s product are not only for pasalubong but it’s main ingredient which is malunggay also
can help in making consumer’s preventing to have low blood pressure and it is good for ulcer
and diarrhea.

variable costs in determining the price. The malunggay graham balls will be sold out at Php
30 per pack.

 HOW TO MAKE MALUNGGAY GRAHAM BALLS

Procedure:
1. Blend Malunggay leaves and add some water.
2. While you blend the Malunggay crashed the Graham crackers into pieces until it become
powder.
3. Put the crashed crackers, blended Malunggay in bowl and add condense milk.
4. Mix it all until it becomes stiff. Then put some oil to your hand so that it will not stick to your
hand.
5. Roll it until it become round.
6. Put it in the refrigerator.
