Project Title COMPLAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
The main objective of this project is to provide the complain for different products and getting
reply from the products handling teams. Customers may have complain about its products. They
will be given an email id for each product, where they can send an email when they have a
complain to register. The emails will get converted to complain and get assigned to the persons
handling that product. The complain can be assigned to different persons and will get tracked to
closure. The person handling the complain will have the facility to communicate with the
customer via emails through the system. The complain Management System is a web based
project developed in PHP/MySQL which used to manage Customer’s complain online. User can
login, and create complain, view complain details and track the status of its complain. It has one
Admin module where Admin can login and view all complaint details.
