Nurse Elfi : Good morning doctor Lisa

Doctor : Nurse Elfi, at 9 am Patient Syubban is given a Insulin via subcutaneous yes?

Nurse Elfi : how many do you need doctor?

Doctor : Please help me by giving Penicilin injection to Syubban patients

Nurse Elfi : okay doctor Lisa, thankyou

Doctor : your welcome

Nurse Elfi : assalamualaikum, hi my name is Elfi Aprilia

Patient : Waalaikumsalam, hi nurse elfi

Nurse Elfi : Okay, I’m a nurse practitioner that incharge and I will take care of you
today. And, i’m in here to give you an subcutaneous injection today. And
before we get started i’m going to close the curtain for your privacy, so may i
see your id bracelet?

Patient : of course

Nurse elfi : Can you tell me your name and your date?

Patient : (nama) and the birthday is December, 9th 1995

Nurse elfi : perfect and do you have any allergies? I need to be awere of (nama obat)

Patient : no, i don’t

Nurse elfi : okay before we get started I’m going to perform hand hygiene and because
we have subcutaneous I need to have 250 mg of Penicilin and i’m going to
inject it in outer part of the your upper arm. Okay I’m going to put on gloves.
Are you ready?

Patient : Yes, I’m ready

Nurse elfi : okay, now I’m going to wipe thin area with alcohol swab

Patient : it feels cold

Nurse Elfi : please put the sleeve aside

Patient : Okey I will

Nurse Elfi : I will inject it so please take a deep breath

Patient : Okey Nurse

Nurse Elfi : Alright, inhale again because I will take the injection

Patient : Okey

Nurse Elfi : Alright everything is finished, I help lower the sleeve

Patient : Thanks Nurse

(the nurse tidies the tools and removes the remaining waste injection)

Nurse Elfi : thank you for your cooperation and I pray that you will get well soon, thank
