    Dear Mr. Regidor:

    I am the owner of Bayfront Restobar. I have a problem regarding the files in my computer
    at my office. My files go missing after I save it, there are also changes in some files that I
    don’t remember making and also confidential documents are protected which I can’t
    access anymore. I am the only one who has the access to my computer because it has
    confidential files kept on it.

    I am writing this letter to inquire of your service and I have a few questions.

    1. Are my files that went missing can be restored?


    2. Can you prevent this trouble from happing again?
    3. How much will it cost for your service?
    4. Will you provide discount if your shop will be maintaining the security of my
    computers in the business?

    It would be great if someone from your store can come to my office on June 3, 2019,
    Monday to check the problem on my computer.

    I am looking forward to hearing from you and having business with you. Thank you for
    your time.
