NOTE:
 The contents (specifically the services fees, except any other legal or moral liability of applicant or of DESTA CONSULTING) of this informative
invoice are valid till 28th February, 2020.
 The all other fees that are payable to University (such as application fee, tuition/enrollment fee, insurance, dormitory, etc.), is the
responsibility of the applicant.
 Optional-Student can pay 200 US$ airport pick up fee after his/her arrival at concerned country airport and to local concerned office. This
airport pick up fee may include, 1- greetings (snacks, food, lunch, dinner etc.), 2- travel cost (local bus or train tickets or by personal car till the
concerned city of university), 3- hotel arrangements (hotels fees), etc. The amount of 200 US$ is the actual cost of airport pick up till campus
and getting the applicant adjusted in his or her dormitory or private residence.
 Important: This is the responsibility of students to contact Desta Consulting before reserving or purchasing any flight tickets.
 The above airport pick up fee is optional (personal choice) fee.

Conditions on Refund or withdrawal of application by applicant:

- The first payment is refundable in case of failure of admission or visa and must be approved otherwise by CEO of DESTA CONSUTLING.

 - The first payment is not refundable where applicant has less than 50%~55% marks of his/her previous eligible qualification or applying
without IELTS certificate, provided he/she must have been informed so verbally or in written.
- The first payment is not refundable where applicant withdraws his application by his own choice, or refuse the offer letter.
- The second payment is not refundable after the visa application is successful and applicant gets his/her visa.
- The second payment is refundable where the applicant cannot go abroad due to unavoidable circumstances such as physical condition or death,
provided he/she or his/her guardian hands over the visa, or cancels his admission, as well as visa.

Acknowledgement:
DESTA Consulting as a legal entity or any other person legally associated with it (official partner or agent) or an employee representing under the seal of it, does
not take any legal (civil or criminal) responsibility for any kind of damages occur to students or their parents or their families, resulting from their disqualification
of their application either from any school or college or university or any other institution they have applied to, or from any embassy, consulate office, or
immigration office. All the information that is provided to students or their parents or their families, is given in good faith after collecting and analyzing it online
or offline from universities, colleges, schools, private and public institutions, government or semi government organizations, therefore, the applicant does not
have or will not have the right to take any claim thereof, into any court of law.

Also, any liability occurring due to any misrepresentation, or omission or an act of omission in the process of submitting the original or certified documents to
university, college, school, or embassy will be solely of the applicant. DESTA Consulting will not be legally responsible for the acts of applicants.

DESTA CONSULTING has a right to take legal (civil or criminal) actions against the holder, endorsee, promisor (client/customer/applicant) of this
invoice in case of nonpayment of the amount promised and by signing below the applicant or his/her guardian or sponsor enters into that promise.
