Notification No. 01/Vacant Plots/Auction/EM/GM-ATP/2019 Dt:30-01-2019.

The Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Ltd Anantapur proposed to dispose vacant


Plots in the “Anantha Township” of Anantapur District on “as is where is basis”
through sealed tender cum open auction. Tender form is available at Division Office
Kurnool. The Auction will be conducted on 07-03-2019 at 11:00 AM In the office of
the General Manager (Projects), A.P.Rajiv Swagruha corporation Ltd., at A.P. Housing
Board Commercial complex, Abbas Nagar, Kurnool. The interested participants should
submit the sealed tender before 10:30 A.M. on the date of auction.
The details of vacant Plots to be auctioned are as follows:

1. The following terms and conditions maybe applicable as usual as being


applied in the previous auctioned of Housing Board along with the auction
conditions prescribed.
2. The participants should deposit Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) for
each vacant Plot as EMD by means of Demand Draft obtained in favour
of GM (PROJECTS) ANANTHAPUR APRSCL and submit the same
before 10:00A.M and obtain Token Number, so as to participate in auction
on:07/03/2019 and Demand Draft will be returned to the un-successful
participants soon after the auction is completed. The amount of EMD will
not be accepted in cash. If any participants wants to quote his/her rate
through tender, should drop the sealed cover in Tender Box.

3. 25% of the bid amount and 1% Auction expenses on bid amount will be
collected within 7 days from the date of auction and the balance 75% of bid
amount should be paid within 30 days from the date of approval without
interest or within 60 days with interest at the rate of 18% per annum
commenced from 31st day of auction approval. However, the highest bidder
can avail permission for extra time of another 60 days with interest at the
rate of 24% per annum commenced from 31st day of auction with the prior
permission of Managing Director, APRSCL. For violation of this payment
condition 25% deposit, 1% auction expenses and further amounts if any
remitted by the successful bidder will be forfeited to the A.P.RAJIV
SWAGRUHA CORPORATION LIMITED and Plot will be put to re-
auction.

4. The Highest Bidder should also deposit Rs.1,000/- towards cost of


preparation of registration plan and Rs.500/- towards conveyance charges to
get the plot registered in his/her favour. Further he/she has to bear the stamp
duty and registration charges.

5. The Highest Bidder has no legal right to claim the ownership of the plot till
the auction is confirmed by the Managing Director, APRSCL, and till
payment of entire bid amount and till the plot is registered in his/her name.

6. Minimum increment of each bid should be Rs.100/- per Sq.yds or multiple of


Rs.100/- per Sq.yds for Plot.

7. The plot will be registered in favour of the auction purchaser only. If more
than one person jointly participated in the auction for a single plot, they
should get the particulars recorded on the day of auction during auction
process itself. Plot will not be sub divided between the joint bidders.

8. The plot offered for sale will be sold in auction on as is where is basis. It
shall be the responsibility of the auction purchaser to satisfy himself/herself
about the condition of the plot before he/she participated in the auction. The
APRSCL will not entertain any kind of objections after the bid is knocked
down in favour of the highest bidder.

9. The Managing Director, APRSCL is the final authority either to accept or to


reject any or all the bids and reserves all the rights to cancel the auction
without assigning any reasons thereof.
