Goal #3

 I want to increase my familiarity with various formative assessments and their effectiveness,
and to learn how to track student progress (as a result) throughout the duration of the
practicum placement.
 By completing this goal, I will demonstrate a devotion to professionalism as I am using this
experience as a learning curve to benefit my students and myself.

 I will know the extent to which I have reached this goal by the number of ways I feel
comfortable formatively assessing students.
 I will collect evidence of my professional growth by tracking the number of formative
assessments I can use comfortably and my ability to track student growth.
