The following is the current, March 2010, "small" AFV stamp verbiage (do it by hand, by computer, by a

rubber stamp). Use it according to all the instructions in the Manual/Disk!! There is only one small AFV
stamp now, not 2.
The lines are "centered." (Look at your manual example.)
Stamp is in red.
Use BLUE to fill in.

Line 1: ACCEPTED FOR VALUE - RETURNED FOR VALUE

Line 2: EXEMPT FROM LEVY - PREPAID COMMON STOCK
Line 3: DISCHARGE ALL PRESENTMENTS AND RELATED FEES
Line 4: ADJUST THE BALANCE TO ZERO
Line 5: PRIVATE PREPAID TREASURY EXEMPTION # FULL SOCIAL SECURITY # NO DASHES
Line 6: CHARGE THE SAME TO: ALL CAP NAME AND FULL SS# WITH DASHES
Line 7: (space line)
Line 8: _Your full-name autograph in blue, wet-ink__

P.S. regarding this stamp.

On the back of the 1040-V, I suggest people always print this out by hand, because if you intend to
make/buy a stamp to use on presentment documents for the BPN packets, and you have all the verbiage
that's on the above 8 lines, most lines will be too long for the backside, endorsement end of the 1040-V
coupon area, so you might end up with 12 lines or 14, etc. If you do want to buy a stamp to use on the
backside/end of the 1040-V, then I'd suggest you have 2 stamps made ....... one with the above info, but
on more lines in order to fit on the end of the 1040-V coupon area.
