The company starts with small business but as time goes by, the business develops
different strategies in order to gain profit and earned more from their capital. The company

Market
The target market of the company is not only the students but also those customers
who wants to experience the taste of unique kind of pancake.
This pancake is not expensive and it is affordable for customers who want it. The
pancake contains of different ingredients (i.e. banana) to improve its taste and quality. The
company build another branches near schools or even university to inform them on what is
the taste of our product. It is the first way of our company to improve and enlarge our
business.
Management
Each of the members of the company has their own responsibilities and techniques
on how to manage the business. The company will assure the quality of their service with
the fulfillment of the customer’s need. Based on the business organization, they will do
what is assigned to them.
Marketing
Our target market are the students of St. Theresa’s School of Novaliches and college
students of Colegio De Sta. Theresa de Avila. We promote our product through word of
mouth and also by having a social media accounts that can help our products to be known.
The company will also do communications through presentation of products which
help the customer awareness through the existence of the product and company.
Financial Features
Pastel Mozzo invested 20,000 pesos to be the starting capital of the business. We
are expecting to gain a profit worth 10,000 pesos in a year for our first branch and another
10,000 pesos in our second branch.
