My Accomplishment Report

Day 1 : March 12,2019

This was the first day of our retreat as facilitators of the participants specifically the
graduating students of USeP-STESP. Everyone was excited for the retreat except for some
students who were not able to attend because they have an important matter to attend.
We were given a task of ensuring that all of the participants that has an attendance will get
inside the bus to travel going to the JKM farm. Ma’am K was our retreat master, she was
also the speaker of the program. We have been assigned to help my co facilitators to
prepare all the materials needed for the retreat. And assisted them whenever there are ice
breakers to play. We gave snacks to them and when lunch time was nearer we got the
participants’ lunch for them to eat. The retreat has continued at afternoon, different games
and activities has been done in the retreat that helped the participants enjoy and learn.
When the program was done, we prepared to return to get home and brought the materials
also needed for the next batch.

Day 2: March 14, 2019

We prepared for the snacks of the participants and we have brought them to the car. There
are three sections gathered to the retreat. When we arrived in the retreat venue, we have
prepared all that must be used in the program, including the chairs and I helped my co
facilitators to prepare the materials used for the activities. One of the activity was the small
group that Ma’am K, our retreat master, assigned us into different groups. They have shared
their life experiences, their encouragements and their stresses. Same routine as the first
day, we were assigned for the snacks and lunch of the participants.

Day 5: March 28, 2019

This was the last day of the retreat for the last batch participants. This day, Ma’am K was not
around for morning because she had an interview of a job. We secured the participants
snacks, and their attendance to make sure that they can get to the venue safely. We have
prepared the materials to have the participants their activities that could help them be a
better person, removing their burdens and stresses before they will graduate. We enjoyed
seeing them played the ice breakers. We got their lunch for them to eat. Finally, Ma’am K
arrived at 11:30 am and continued the retreat. This was the last day of the retreat and
finally, our midterm has saved. I treasured the moments I have experienced because of the
retreat, and I have a lot of learnings from this experience.
