Dr. Elsie Lavezaris Dajao has been the Chancellor of Immaculate Conception College since June 26, 2017. She joined the college in 1988 as an English and History teacher and has held several leadership roles over her 32 year career, including Languages Coordinator, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Vice Chancellor for Academics and Research. Dr. Dajao earned her Master's degree in English in 2002 and Doctor of Arts degree in 2013, and has helped guide the course of the institution through her dedicated service and academic and leadership experience.

Dr. Elsie Lavezaris Dajao joined Immaculate Conception College on June
1, 1988 as a high school English and History teacher. Her thirty-two years of dedicated service to this institution has helped chart the course of this institution. -She earned her Master of Arts in English, Major in Literature Teaching in 2002. - Served as the Languages Coordinator in the Languages Department in the year 2002-2006. - Appointed as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences in 2010-2016. - In 2013, Dr. Dajao earned her Doctor of Arts in Literature and Communication degree in Cebu Normal University. - In 2016, she was tasked to serve as Vice Chancellor for Academics and Research until 2017. -And on June 26, 2017, Dr. Dajao was installed as the First Lasallian Partner Chancellor and continuously serving the institution embodying her three decades of academic and leadership experience.
