That I Andrew Sanchez being first duly sworn, depose and say and declare by my signature that
the following facts are true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.

THAT, I Andrew Sanchez am Kiara Lopez's brother.

THAT, I Andrew Sanchez am Rafael Sanchez's blood son.

THAT, I Andrew Sanchez am Elizabeth Lopez's blood son.

THAT, Elizabeth Lopez is Kiara Lopez's mother.

THAT, my mother Elizabeth Lopez is known for forcing children including me when i was a child
to make false allegations of sexual abuse to "get even" with my father Rafael Sanchez
(respondent, having no past criminal record).

THAT, Elizabeth Lopez has past criminal history of physical abuse to a child involving me when I
was a child resulting in divorce between Elizabeth Lopez and Rafael Sanchez and a protective
order being issued on Elizabeth Lopez. (Please see attached Exhibit A Exhibit B Exhibit C
evidence in the form of photos of physical abuse police reports)

THAT, my mother Elizabeth lopez was manipulative and abusive when I was a child forcing me to
lie to authorities and my father Rafael Sanchez(respondent)

THAT, my mother Elizabeth Lopez has been to a mental institution in the past and may need to
be evaluated for having mental problems causing her to force my sister KIARA LOPEZ(applicant)
to make false allegations of sexual abuse about my father Rafael Sanchez to "get even" with him,
cause hardship and get him in jail. (please see Exhibit C evidence)

THAT, my father Rafael Sanchez(respondent) and I Andrew Sanchez do not live in the same
household as Elizabeth Lopez and Kiara Lopez(applicant).

THAT, my father Rafael Sanchez and I Andrew Sanchez have not seen my mother Elizabeth Lopez
and my sister Kiara Lopez(applicant) in over a year thereby making the allegations false.

THAT, my mother Elizabeth Lopez has past drug trafficking criminal record.

THAT, my mother Elizabeth Lopez physically abused my father when i was a child on different
occasions, causing a big scene at a Seven Eleven in Fabens Texas resulting in her being arrested in
front of me . (please see Exhibit D evidence)

THAT, my father Rafael Sanchez has no past criminal record and is known in our town to be an
honest hard working man.

THAT, I Andrew Sanchez am willing to testify if needed about the aforementioned facts stated in
this affidavit of truth.

Documents included in this affidavit are: Exhibit A, Exhibit B Exhibit C and Exhibit D
