Thank you to the Almighty God who has given blessings to the author for completing the task
of English papers entitled " TOURIST OBJECTS IN LABUAN BAJO".

The author also wishes to express his deep and sincere thanks to those who have guided in
completing this paper. This English paper contains an how we or tourism enjoy for the tour. There are
so many kind object tourism and will be explained one by one in this paper.

In completing the preparation of this paper, we experienced many difficulties, mainly due to
lack of supporting knowledge. However, thanks to the guidance and assistance from various parties,
finally this paper can be resolved quite well.

The author hope, hopefully this simple paper, can give awareness to the younger
generation that we also have to know the customs and culture, especially in Indonesian tourism from
all provinces in Indonesia, because we are part of the beloved Indonesian extended family.

INTRODUCTION

A. Background

From the eastern part of Indonesia, precisely in the province of East Nusa Tenggara
there is a village called Labuan Bajo. Labuan Bajo is one of the 9 villages in the
Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. According to
history, Labuan is derived from the word labuhan that is a village that is used as a
anchorage for people from Bajo and Bugis, South Sulawesi. Finally the village was
later called Labuan Bajo.
With its exoticism, Labuan Bajo has become a tourist destination that is even famous
to foreign countries. Being a tourist destination, Labuan Bajo later became the capital
of East Manggarai Regency with transportation facilities for docks, ports and even
airports.

B. Problem Formulation

Based on the identification Labuan bajo tourism object is one of another place is so
wonderfull for tour or enjoyed the nature.

C. Purpose

The purpose of making this paper are as follows:

1. To know how to find out tourist attractions in Labuan Bajo

2. To find out how much it costs d need to travel in labuan bajo
3. To find out the culture and types of food in the Bajo Pumpkin
4. To get to know more about rare Komodo dragons that are only in the Bajo
Pumpkin

DISSCUSSION

A. Definition

Labuan Bajo has a lot of attractions. It could be said that in fact almost every
meter of its territory has beauty and uniqueness. Imagine, Labuan Bajo is a small
island that connects all the beauty ranging from the beach, sea, hills and
grasslands. There is even a village that is unique with the preservation of its
customs that is still maintained until now.

Famous tourist attractions include Komodo Island, Pink Beach, Manta Point,
small islands such as Kanawa, tablets, burrows, even caves in Labuan Bajo. The
most famous of all is Komodo Island. Komodo Island is so called because of the
existence of Komodo dragons. This animal is the only survivor after a long time
ago the eruption of Mount Krakatoa which caused a tsunami. With its legendary
existence, this animal is one of the preserved animals. Likewise, Komodo Island
became a National Park that was accepted as a category of world heritage sites by
the United Nations agency UNESCO.

Besides Komodo Island, also famous are Pink Beach and Manta Point. Pink beach
is a beach with pink sand that is interesting and unique in its sight while Manta
Point is a statue located at the bottom of one of the beaches in Labuan Bajo which
is one of the diving spots that also has a uniqueness.

1. Sailing Komodo One Day

In the morning at 6 am, we will meet at Meeting Point (Labuan Bajo Harbor) to
prepare and board the ship that we have prepared. Your journey will begin by visiting
Padar Island. After that we will head to Pink Beach. Until satisfied, you will be
invited to continue the journey to one of the 7 Wonders of the World namely Komodo
Island / Rinca Island * Choose one (except the open trip, we will go to Rinca Island).

For reference and information: Komodo Island and Rinca Island have in common,
that is both inhabited by Komodo species. About the name, Komodo Island is more
familiar to our ears, but the opportunity to see Komodo is more recommended on
Rinca Island, why? because Komodo Island is very broad, although there are many
Komodo dragons, but because it is too broad, Rinca Island which is not as large as
Komodo is easier to find Komodo. So that is your choice of material.

After you choose one, Until you are satisfied to look around and take pictures with
Komodo accompanied by fikram (Tour Guide Komodo / Rinca), you will sail the
ocean again visiting to visit Kelor Island. Here you can do snorkeling activities. After
that, you will be escorted back to Drop Point (Labuan Bajo Harbor). The Komodo

2. Sailing Komodo Two Day One Night

a. Day 1 / transfer in - fullday sailing komodo tour

Welcome to Meeting Point (your lodging in Labuan Bajo). You will be picked up
at the hotel and friendly with our professional team and then prepare to board the
ship that we have prepared. We will start the Sailing activity, first we will visit
Rinca Island which you can enjoy while watching Komodo life directly
accompanied by the Ranger (Tour Guide Komodo). Next you will be invited to
visit Padar Island for tracking and waiting for sunset, the ship stops on this island
to rest and Free Program.

b. Day 2 / fullday sailing komodo tour - transfer out

Morning call and start the trekking trek to Komodo Island to see Komodo
accompanied by Ranger. Then you will be escorted to Manta Point to swim or
snorkel together with Manta Ray. Until satisfied, then you will continue the
journey to Pink Beach. After that, you will be escorted back to the Port and by
land transportation to Drop Point (your lodging in Labuan Bajo). The Sailing trip

3. Sailing Komodo Three Day Two Night

a. Day 1 / transfer in - halfday sailing komodo tour

Welcome to the Meeting Point (Hotel / Airport in Labuan Bajo) at 09.00 WITA.
You will be picked up by our professional team to be escorted to the Port of
Labuan Bajo, then you are welcome to board the ship that we have prepared. We
will introduce you to all the crew who will serve you, such as: Captain of the Ship,
Captain and Chef. After that, sailing begins by visiting Kelor Island which has the
beauty to snorkel, climb hills or just enjoy the beauty of the beach and mangroves.
After that the next destination is Rinca Island. Here we will see the habitat of
Komodo species accompanied by a Ranger (Tour Guide specialist Komodo). Until
finished we will head to Kalong Island to wait for the arrival of Bats and Sunset.
Free program and we lean and rest here. Overnight on the boat.

b. Day 2 / fullday sailing komodo tour

In the morning we departed to start the journey by heading to Padar Island which
requires enough Trekking. Satisfied in Padar, we will head to Long Beach (wider
Pink Beach) to play on the beach, snorkel and take video documentation. Until it's
finished, then our boat will continue the journey to Manta Point to swim or
snorkel together with Manta Ray. Then you will head to Gusung Island or Taka
Makassar to take pictures in the clear sea and continue the journey to Gili Lawa
(Laba). We will hunt sunset and spend the night.

c. Day 3 / halfday sailing komodo tour - transfer out

Morning call to see the sunrise on Siaba or Sebayur Island. Then we will end the
journey by heading to Kanawa Island. Until finish, you will be escorted back to
 the Port of Labuan Bajo, there will be picked up by land transportation and
transfered to the Drop Point (Hotel / Labuan Bajo Airport). The tour ends here

A. Conclusion

from the above explanation we can find a variety of destinations and tourist
attractions that are in Labuan Bajo very diverse and in Labuan Bajo we can find a rare
animal named Komodo, because of the many Komodo dragons that are there finally in
the island called Komodo located in Labuan Bajo, and not only the island of Komodo,
there are many more beautiful tourist attractions there that are like the island of padar,
mirror stone caves, pink beaches and many more beautiful places and must be visited.
