 Hotels in Manila have reached more than 70 percent occupancy rate

 First Class and De Luxe hotels experienced robust business growth never
achieved in the last five years.

 Investments in new accommodation facilities are in the pipeline from major


international chains such as Intercontinental, Banyan Tree and Ritz Carlton
