Your General Manager (GM) is of the view that the timing is right for your fund management
company to take a stake in the shareholdings of Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad (PMHB) based
on the market price of the shares which have been trending below RM0.75 per share over the last
three month. The GM is of the view that at this market price, it is considerably lower than the
other construction companies in the industry. The GM has requested you to undertake a critical
analysis on PMHB and to submit to him a report detailing all the factors that exist for PMHB and
to provide him with your recommendation.
