Mrs. Mongcal checked the attendance. (Pls. see attached attendance sheet)

III. Reading of the Minutes of the Previous LAC Session:

Mrs. Nieles read the minutes of the previous LAC Session dated July 26, 2018. The meeting
started with a prayer followed by the words to ponder given by Mr. Cuambot. Mrs. Jayme as facilitator
group the teachers/participants into three groups. They are ask to discuss the given questions They
were assigned to make their summative test with table of specification.

Each teacher ask to prepare a summative test with Table of specification.
